What happens if I am late to my appointment?

If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service time, or request that you reschedule as a courtesy to other scheduled clients.
 
Is gratuity included with my gift certificate or any services provided?

Gratuities are very much appreciated but are not included in any of our services or gift certificates  unless specified.


Can I substitute my prepaid services for another service?

Services can not be substituted for other services.  We can add other services for an additional cost.  Additional services must be paid in advance and made at the time of scheduling your appointment.


What if I don't want all the services in my prepaid packages?

It is our hope that you experience all of the services we provide in your package, for we have an allotted time set for each package.  Prepaid

services not used will be forfeited and there are no refunds.


Do your gift certificates have an expiration date?

Yes, our gift certificates services are good for 30 days unless stated different on the front of your certificate.  Services can change or be discontinued at any time.  We encourage you to call and schedule your service early to insure you do not loose your services.  Gift Certificates purchased for tangible merchandise is good for 3 years.  Partially redeemed gift certificates for services will expire 90 days after the first service.


Do your spray tan packages or other service packages have an expiration date?

Yes, all  service packages have an expiration date.  If you are unaware as to what the expiration date is please read the information sheets posted or call and we can pull your file with your ending date.  If you have a prepaid package and make an appointment, fail to give 24 hour cancellation notice for service or 48 hours for day spa packages or are a no show, you will forfeit your session or package. 


What if I'm late for my spray tanning appointment or spa service?

We reserve the right to shorten the time of your session upon late arrivals for any of our spa services. We have a very tight schedule for spa services.

This is to be courteous to the next customers scheduled time.


OUR GOAL is to make your visit an enjoyable, relaxing and healing experience. When receiving any of our services and you feel you are having an allergic reaction or extreme pain, please advise the therapists or employee immediately.  There are no refunds, so we may adjust the treatment.

 Spa Packages


We LOVE children, but regret that we are unable to accommodate unattended children during appointments.  Please make arrangements when receiving a spa package , massage or skin care treatment for child care. 
 
Preparing for Body Treatments -  Infrared Body Wraps


To healthfully complete your body wrap treatments, the following guidelines are recommended:


  • Drink 1 oz. of water per half your body weight during the 3 days before beginning your treatments, and continue this regimen during your treatments
  • 6 to 10 sessions are recommended to see maximum results
  • Body wraps require 48 hours between sessions; sauna treatments require 24 hours between sessions

 
Infrared Body Wraps


When receiving infrared bo
dy wraps, please dress for comfort and bring an extra change of clothes.


For best results at your custom spray tanning appointment, follow these steps:


  • Prior to your appointment, shower, shave and exfoliate
  • Do not use face or body moisturizers unless they are water based only
  • After your appointment, remain dry for 24 hours for best results
  • Take short, warm showers with unscented soap - shave lightly
  • Moisturize with tan enhancers

Etiquette


As a professional establishment, you are always discreetly covered during your massage and facial treatments.  Improper action or language will result in termination of treatment with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.


Gratuities


Gratuities are very much appreciated and are solely up to the client's discretion. Gratuities are not included in gift certificates, unless requested by the purchasing client.


Walk-ins

Walk-ins are always welcome, while we'll do our best to accommodate you, scheduled

 appointments are top priority.


Product Returns

For sanitary and freshness, we can not accept any hair or skin care products for returns.

​​Cancellations Or Rescheduling


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for spa packages and 24 hours notice for any of our other services.  If proper cancellation or rescheduling notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of your service(s) without notification.


Spa Packages and Gift Certificates are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE, can not be SUBSTITUTED and are applied to (1) per person unless otherwise stated.


All spa packages must be paid in advance.


No-shows are NON REFUNDABLE on pre-paid services, day spa packages and will be deducted from your pre-paid sessions.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.


Cancellations by email, Facebook or private messaging or text can not be

accepted, as they are not checked throughout the day.



​There is a $30.00 returned check fee for non sufficient funds.

Arrival


At His & Her Day Spa services and spa packages are scheduled by appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for time to fill out the appropriate client forms and prepare for your first service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival is very important. Your service(s) may be shortened in order to maintain the salon's tight schedule.

We reserve the right to substitute a service, if no longer available, with a service of equal value.


Our services are not intended to replace medical treatment or a cure for any medical issues.  Please consult your physician for any concerns you may have.


Payment Methods


We offer free consultation prior to your service.  We do not offer credit and will not accept a post- dated check.  Insufficient checks will incur a $25.00 service charge.  We accept cash, checks (with ID) and all major credit cards.
